About Omayra Caban
I'm a singer/songwriter born and raised in Florida. Embracing my Puerto Rican roots, I have been able to reach both American and Latin cultures with my bilingual songs. I like to combine acoustic/organic with modern sounds. My hope is to reach people where they’re at and inspire them to desire more out of life on mission with Jesus.
Some of my music highlights include having my song, "Let Justice Roll," used in an anti-human trafficking campaign for the organization, Love Justice International.
Another highlight is winning the Mike Morse Law firm Jingle Contest in 2022 as well as translating the chorus of my song “Take me to New Heights,” into 10 different languages resulting in a music video project on an 11 month, 11 country mission trip. I've also had the honor of working with Sam Hart of Sam Hart Music and “Songwriter of the Year” from christiansongwriting.com and Obed “el arquitecto” a well- known Spanish Christian urban music producer.
I've had my songs on various local radio stations as well as online radio stations around the world. I'm grateful for the playlists I've been added to including Gospel Hydration's Spotify and YouTube Channel.
